<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of freedom of the constitution by facilitating the assembling of tape guide members for pulling out a tape from a cassette, in a magnetic recording and reproducing device in which the input/output of a signal is performed by winding the tape on a rotary head cylinder by a prescribed angle. <P>SOLUTION: A board of a U type is slid horizontally and inserted in a step part provided at a projection part constituted integrally with the board, the board is deformed elastically and assembled.
