PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the circuit scale of a carrier demodulation circuit for receiving an orthogonal modulated signal generated by digital orthogonal modulation by means of the differential modulation system or the synchronous modulation system and demodulating the orthogonal modulated signal. SOLUTION: The orthogonal modulated signal generated by the digital orthogonal modulation by means of the differential modulation system or the synchronous modulation system is given to an FFT arithmetic circuit in the carrier demodulation circuit 20 of an OFDM receiver. The carrier demodulation circuit 20 is provided with a complex division circuit 56 sharing a complex division circuit used for differential demodulation processing and a complex division circuit used for equalization processing.
