PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital TV receiver capable of registrating musical compositions easily. SOLUTION: The digital TV receiver comprises a tuner for receiving broadcast programs; a camera data input/output unit for inputting camera data from a digital camera and outputting broadcast program data to the digital camera; a notice means for notifying an operator that outputting of the broadcast program data to the camera has finished; a broadcast program selection instruction unit for selecting a broadcast program; an input/output selection unit for controlling input/output operation of the broadcast program data and the camera data; a video image decoding unit; a speech decoding unit; a video image display means for displaying a camera video image, a broadcast program, and a message; and a reproducing means for reproducing speech and music.
