PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus cabinet which can improve earthquake-resistance, further reduce parts count and contains inboard an electrical apparatus. SOLUTION: In the electrical apparatus cabinet, the electrical apparatus is contained inboard. In the cabinet, side boards 1 of a plane member are arranged at right and left sides, respectively. Singular number or a plurality of recesses 11 are perpendicularly formed in outer surfaces of these side boards 1. Rising parts 21, 31 are arranged at least on right and left edges of a sole plate 2 and a top plate 3 and bent to vertical.
