PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information according to a receiver of e-mail. SOLUTION: According to a browsing request of an e-mail by the e-mail receiver, a control part 9 discriminates whether or not a browsing condition is set in the e-mail for which the browsing request is accepted. When the browsing condition is set in the e-mail, the control part 9 discriminates whether or not the browsing condition is satisfied, and displays, only when the browsing condition is satisfied, the content of the e-mail for which the browsing request is accepted on a display part 2.
