PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a server to automatically determine and provide content of a data size suited to the communication rate of a client terminal. SOLUTION: A server 10 measures communication rates between client terminals 30-1 to 30-n and the server 10 (Step S2), determines data sizes of contents to be provided in response to the communication rates (Step S4), and transmits contents of the determined data sizes to the client terminals 30-1 to 30-n (Step S5).
