PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading test method excellent in the rapidity or economical efficiency of a test and capable of easily grasping the capacity of a ground anchor by employing a fast loading test method as a loading test for the ground anchor, and a testing apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: A tension release device 12 and an elastomer 10 are separated by operating the tension release device 12 and the tension of the elastomer 10 is transmitted to an anchor free length part 3A as the impact loading in the tensile direction of the ground anchor through an extensible material 7 but a loading time is made long by the elasticity of the anchor tendon free length part 3A and transmitted to an anchor body 3B as fast loading. The capacity of the ground anchor is grasped by measuring the quantity of displacement, acceleration and tension of the rapidly loaded anchor and the pressure applied to a center hole jack 9.
