PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator, improved in a cold air circulating passage to a storage case to decrease the leakage of heat to the outside, and improved in cooling efficiency to lower the amount of power consumed. SOLUTION: This refrigerator is composed of storage cases 11,12 held and fixed to the inner surface of a door 9 for closing a front opening of a storage chamber 7 and drawn as the door is opened; a cold air blowoff port 19 provided in the back of the storage chamber to introduce cold air into the storage cases; a sealing piece 23 extended from the upper part of the storage chamber to the front edge of the storage cases to shield the cold air discharged from the back from flowing outside out the case; and an outflow opening 25 provided in the back of the storage case to return the cold air circulated through the interior of the case to a cooling device, and it is characterised in that the cold air from the cold air blowoff port is made to return to the cooling device without flowing out to the front of the storage cases.
