PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowing device for restricting wind speed from damping. SOLUTION: The blowing device 1 is structured by providing punched panels 6, 7 at lower stream of a fan 5 and providing a straightening lattice board 8 at lower stream of the punched panels 6, 7. With the above structure, air flow generated by the fan 5 passes through the punched panels 6, 7 and speed distribution of the air flow becomes even at a section area perpendicular with the air flow and damping of wind speed is restricted because the air flow is accelerated and added with directional property for one direction by passing through the straightening lattice board 8.
