PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type compressor capable of supplying the lubricating oil in good performance and enhancing the durability between a drive pin and a bushing by reducing a strong contact of the drive pin with an eccentric hole resulting from its deflection. SOLUTION: The scroll type compressor is structured so that the drive pin 212 installed at the forefront of a main shaft 211 is inserted into the eccentric hole 213a in the bushing 213 rotatably and that a revolving scroll 240 is revolved by rotating an eccentric crank mechanism 210 in which the bushing 213 is stopped slipping off by a snap ring 214, and thereby a fluid is compressed in a working chamber 256 formed in the area with respect to a stationary scroll 250 confronting the revolving scroll 240, wherein between the drive pin 212 and the bushing 213, an enlarged gap part 213b is formed partially greater than the gap proper at least either of at the forefront and the root of the drive pin 212 and tying to the outside.
