PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of the conventional air compression apparatus that it can not be used till the completion of repairing in the case where one air tank or a plurality of air tanks are coupled with the air compression apparatus, since the compression apparatus must be repaired when air leak or failure, etc. is generated in the air passages connected to the air tanks or a pressure reducing valves, a safety valve, a pressure gauge, a joint, etc. connected with the joint side nearer than the air tanks. SOLUTION: The air compression apparatus is an air supply source for a pneumatic tool such as a driving machine and is structured so that the air tanks 7 and 13 are installed for the air passages whereby the air compressed by a compressor 4 is separated into two and that the pressure reducing valves 6 and 12 are installed between the compressor 4 and the air tanks 7 and 13.
