PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power switch which can release lock of an operation key when a power source and various electric equipment are electrically connected and which is easily applicable to existing vehicles. SOLUTION: The power switch 1 comprises a switch portion 8 for performing change-over of the electric connection between the power source and the various electric equipment by input operation of the operation switch 9, a key lock portion 10 for locking the operating key 9 when the electric connection of the power source and the various electric equipment are electrically connected, and a lock release portion 11 for releasing the lock of the operation key 9, which is locked by the key lock portion 10, in a state in which the power source and the various electric equipment are electrically connected.
