PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-fuel ratio control system for preventing an air-fuel mixture from becoming rich, and improving workability such as repairing and maintenance by easily specifying the cause when the air-fuel mixture becomes rich. SOLUTION: This air-fuel ratio control system has a fuel control valve 22, a throttle valve 25, a fuel quantity increasing value 27 for supplying fuel to the air-fuel mixture, and an ECU 10 (an electronic control device), and is provided with an air-fuel ratio sensor 50 for detecting a composition of exhaust gas. The ECU 10 is characterized by controlling the fuel control valve 22, the throttle valve 25, and the fuel quantity increasing value 27 on the basis of a detecting result of the air-fuel ratio sensor 50.
