PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover mounting structure of construction equipment, which can directly mount an under cover to different types of construction equipment. SOLUTION: The cover mounting structure of the construction equipment is formed by inserting a pin 4 upward from an opening 1a formed in a bottom plate of the construction equipment, fixing the pin by fixing bolts 7, and blocking the opening 1a with a detachable cover 8, to thereby prevent slipout of the pin 4 from the opening. According to the cover mounting structure, the cover 8 blocks an area opposed to a lower end face of the pin 4 but has through holes 10 formed therein at locations opposed to the fixing bolts 7, and therefore the cover can avoid interference with the fixing bolts 7.
