PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an epoxy resin powder coating material which has an excellent flame resistance without combining any halogen containing compound and also is laser printable without causing damage to properties of hardenability, moisture resistance, and the like. SOLUTION: This coating material comprises an epoxy resin, a hardening agent, a filler, a laser color coupler, an ion trapping agent and a phosphate-based flame retarder, wherein the laser color coupler contains a metallic salt compound and the ion trapping agent contains a zeolite and hydrotalcite.
