PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a sub-frame by which the connection between a car body and the sub-frame can be surely broken at the time of a collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: To the lower part of a front-side frame 1 and a dash-side member 6 which are arranged on the front side of the vehicle, the sub-frame 3 which supports an engine is attached. Then, an exhaust system 5 which extends to the rear side of the vehicle from the engine through the lower side of the vehicle, and a rear cross member 33 which constitutes the sub-frame 3 are connected with a wire 4.
