PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-permeable waterproof cloth excellent in antistatic properties without deteriorating the performances demanded of the moisture-permeable waterproof cloth. SOLUTION: The antistatic moisture-permeable waterproof cloth is constituted by providing a moisture-absorbing nonporous film layer constituted mainly of a polyurethane resin on a finely porous film layer constituted mainly of the polyurethane resin and laminated on a fibrous cloth. The moisture permeability is 10,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>/24 hr or above, while the water pressure resistance is 10,000 mmH<SB>2</SB>O or above and the tribocharging voltage is 1,000 V or below.
