PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample container equipped with an inner lid capable of being mounted on a bottle, an outer lid for covering the inner lid and the elastomer arranged between the bottle and the inner lid and having a structure for preventing the leakage of a smaple during centrifugal separation, and to economically manufacture the rotor of a centrifugal separator and to enhance the stability of the rotor at the time of rotation by enhancing the a degree of the flatness of the shape of the rotor while facilitating the take-out of the sample container housed in the rotor. SOLUTION: The sample container is provided with the inner lid formed into a semispherical or planar protruded shape on the sample housing side of the bottle and the outer lid having one or a plurality of through-holes arranged to the space part of the outer lid formed by the protruded part and the inner lid so as to permit the insertion of a user's fingertip.
