PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness protecting and decorating an animal over the full length in relation to the harness for an animal having a double structure. SOLUTION: There are provided a harness body 2 having female and male connecting tools 3 and 4 mutually connecting each pair of ends 2a and 2b in which a pair of cloth belts 51 and 52 connecting a pulling ring 1 to a crossing point X extend in all directions and are mutually adjacent on the left and the right sides to a pair of ends 2c and 2d to form the shape of the figure 8 or releasing the connection and an X-shaped decoration belt 5 having a larger width than that of the harness body 2, passing the harness body 2 along the outer surface and holding the harness body 2. At least one end each in the left and right pair of each end pair of 2a and 5a, 2b and 5b, 2c and 5c and 2d and 5d of the harness body 2 and the decoration belt 5 is mutually in the free relationship.
