The data storage and search unit has a rectangular housing (10) with a video screen (30) on the front side (12) and also on the rear side (18). There are buttons (20,22) for inputs of Morse code text and control commands on the sides (14,16) of the rectangular housing. There is a control wheel (24) on one of the sides, and there is a socket for a power supply (26) under the control wheel.
