摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A collection method of heat energy in a regenerative furnace is provided to collect and reuse the heat energy with the high efficiency by using hot gas in a closed circuit of a combustion chamber from the combustion chamber of the furnace. CONSTITUTION: VOCs(Volatile organic compounds)(20) are induced into regenerative beds(110,120) through a furnace pipe. A heat capacity to be generated when the VOCs are burned is absorbed in the regenerative VOCs. The next induced VOCs is preheated with the absorbed heat capacity. The VOCs are burned at high temperature or oxidized in a combustion chamber(130). The VOCs is thermally exchanged by inducing into a tube bundle typed heat exchanger(300). The heat exchanger is connected with the combustion chamber in parallel by locating in the upper part of the combustion chamber. The VOCs is discharged through a blower(270). Thereby, the heat energy is collected and reused with the high efficiency.</p>
