PURPOSE: A radiation dose measurement apparatus is provided to prevent a patient from being damaged by preventing the patient from being overexposed to radiation when a radiation remedy is carried out for the patient. CONSTITUTION: A radiation dose measurement apparatus includes a mounting plate having a main plate(53) and a cover plate(55), a chamber plate(69), and a signal converting section(61). The mounting plate has a plate shape with a predetermined thickness and spaced from a radiation emitting section by a predetermined distance. The chamber plate(69) is accommodated in the mounting plate in order to generate an electric signal corresponding to a radiation dose. The signal converting section(61) is fixed to the mounting plate so as to convert the electric signal into a digital signal.
