<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound source device capable of obtaining waveform data that sound effects are given without requiring any external device such as a mixer. <P>SOLUTION: A tone generator TG interprets musical sound data M generated by parts to generate waveform data DTG. Equalizing process parts EQ1 and EQ2, delay processing parts DL1 to DL4, and effect processing parts EF1 to EF8 reflect control data for controlling sound effects on the waveform data DTG and generate waveform data EF1 to EF8 corresponding to combinations of output channels and the control data. Mixing process parts MX1 and MX2 selectively put the waveform data EF1 to EF8 together to obtain waveform data DOL and DOR.
