<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery element whose long period of reliability is ensured without coating the surface of electrodes with solder. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery element comprises a semiconductor board 1 which has a semiconductor junction and the electrodes 5, 6 formed on the surface of the board 1.
