PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab body structure of a cab over vehicle preventing deformation so as to keep a life space of a passenger at the time of a collision.

SOLUTION: A frame deformation preventive reinforcing material 3 is provided at a part that becomes a starting point of buckling deformation of a cab frame 2. The part that becomes a starting point of buckling deformation is a part A inflecting in a plane surface shape of the cab frame 2, or a part B inflecting in a side surface shape of the cab frame 2.
