<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel equipped with an airbag device capable of stably supporting the airbag device in spite of a two-spoke type. <P>SOLUTION: A steering wheel body 1 is equipped with a steering wheel core metal 2 arranged so as to mutually connect a ring portion R, a boss portion B and a spoke portion. The steering wheel W is equipped with an airbag 13 arranged in the upper part of the boss portion B by being supported on the steering wheel body 1 side. The spoke portion comprises only two spokes extending in right and left directions from the boss portion B. A lower part of both the right and left sides of the bag device 13 is supported on the upper surface side of a portion near spoke portions extending in right and left directions from the boss portion B of the steering wheel core metal 2, and a lower part of the rear side of the bag device 13 is supported by a supporting portion 6 extended backward from a portion near the boss portion of the steering wheel core metal 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
