<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of operability and traffic in a conventional system that a client requests call origination to a call control server by performing login, a request of call origination and logoff sequentially, and to solve a problem that requests from a large number of clients are not subjected to multiplex processing. <P>SOLUTION: An Web server 2 comprises a receiving module 21 for receiving a call origination request, i.e. a call connection request between a client communication terminal (e.g. a telephone) and the opposite communication terminal, from a Web client 11 of a client unit 1 along the telephone number or the identification of the client and the destination telephone number and sending the processing result to the requesting Web client 11, and a processing module 22 for receiving the call origination request, requesting login to a call control server 3, requesting call origination based on a request from the client, requesting log-out and sending the processing result to the receiving module 21.
