<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly production system which carries component parts, fixture pallets, and workpieces necessary in the following procedures, in and out of a storage, depending on operating conditions of the operator, to thereby enhance working efficiency without producing latency of assembly work, and to provide an assembly production method. <P>SOLUTION: According to the system, in a first work station, the component parts 12a, 12b are assembled into the workpiece 13 on the fixture pallet 11, and the fixture pallet 11 on which the workpiece 13 is mounted is carried in the storage 3 by a transfer means 4. Then, while the pallet 11 and the component parts 12a, 12b to be assembled are supplied to the first work station 1, the pallet 11 on which the workpiece 13 is mounted is supplied to a second work station 2. In the second work station 2, the workpiece 13 is subjected to the subsequent step, and when procedure in the second work station 2 is completed, the pallet 11 on which the workpiece 13 is mounted is carried in the storage 3 by the transfer means 4, followed by supplying the pallet 11 on which the workpiece 13 to be subjected to the subsequent step is mounted, to the second work station 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
