PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath hot-water supplying heater capable of heating a bathroom at a proper temperature when the hot water filling is terminated, even when room temperature and a temperature of the tapped water are changed for the air temperature. SOLUTION: This bath hot water supplying heater 1 is composed of a heat source machine 10 having a hot water filling/reheating/refilling function and a hot water producing/supplying function, and a bathroom heater 20 in a state of bidirectionally transmitting the data. The heat source machine 10 and the bathroom heater 20 are provided with heating (operation) time predicting part 158 for predicting a time necessary for heating the bathroom 2 to a proper temperature on the basis of room temperature of the bathroom 2 detected by a temperature (room temperature) sensor 21. The heat source machine 10 is provided with a hot water filling (operation) time predicting part 158 for determining a time necessary for filling the bathtub 3 with the hot water of the desired temperature on the basis of the hot water filling temperature, and the heat source machine 10 or the bathroom heater 20 is provided with an interlocked operation control part 157 for determining the start timing of the hot water filling operation and the heating operation to finish the heating operation and the hot water filling operation approximately at the same time on the basis of the heating time and the hot water filling time.
