PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-treat furnace capable of preventing the displacement of a treated object from a setter. SOLUTION: This heat-treat furnace 1 comprises a furnace part 4 having a heating zone A for heating a plate-shaped treated object 3, a slow cooling zone B for slowly cooling the treated object 3, and a cooling zone C for cooling the treated object 3, and a hearth composed of a roller type conveying mechanism 2 composed of a number of rollers 11 arranged in the conveying direction Y. The plate-shaped setter 31 loading the treated object 3 on its upper face is placed on the rollers 11, and conveyed to a downstream side in the conveying direction Y in the furnace part 4 by the rotation of the rollers 11. Each roller 11 mounted in the cooling zone C of the furnace part 4 has a supporting roller 12 for supporting the setter 31, and the supporting rollers 12 are mounted in a state of being sorted to both end parts in the width direction X of the furnace part 4.
