PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake valve which is constituted in a simple structure, operates even for comparatively low negative pressure and introduces outside air to have good drainage, and can be easily maintained. SOLUTION: The intake valve is provided with a rise pipe connected to an drain pipe in a direction approximately perpendicular to the drain pipe, a lid part having an intake hole arranged in an upper part of the rise pipe, an intake pipe introducing the air to the drain pipe being communicated with the intake hole when the negative pressure is generated in the drain pipe, and an end part of the intake pipe in a drain pipe side. The intake valve is provided with the intake pipe having an annular valve seat face provided on the end part in the drain pipe side for taking the air from the intake hole to the drain pipe, a valve member composed of an elastic member covering the cross-sectional surface of the intake pipe, fixed on an upper fixing point of the annular valve seat face to contact the annular valve seat face, and a valve support plate with a tip fulcrum part fixed on the upper fixing point to press down a part of a valve member face at a predetermined distance from the upper fixing point by a predetermined value in a direction confronting an intake air flow in the intake pipe.
