PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sealing member from moving in a longitudinal direction in a fitting groove even if the sealing member is used for a long time in a case that the sealing member is loosely fitted in the fitting groove at a tip surface of each lap. SOLUTION: A cut groove 25 crossing the fitting groove 9a and reaching a side surface is provided on an appropriate part of the fitting groove 9a provided at the tip surfaces of a fixed lap 5 or a turning lap 9 for loosely fitting the sealing member S therein. A concave groove 24 facing to a lap rising direction and connecting to a side end opening part of the cut groove 25 is formed on a side surface of the lap. A sliding part S1 capable of loosely fitting the sealing member S into the fitting groove, an expanded width part S2 capable of fitting to the cut groove 25, and a leg piece S3 connecting to the expanded width part S2 and capable of appropriately fitting the concave groove 24 are provided.
