摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generally flat sash structure for the upper surface of a sill capable of providing excellent insulation resistance while securing the strength and scratch-resistance of the sill in a sliding screen in which vertical pieces are suspended from a screen lower rail and fitted to slide grooves in the upper surface of the sill. SOLUTION: The upper surface of the sill of a sash formed of the sliding screen installed in the outdoor opening part of a building is formed in a generally flat shape, and the vertical piece is suspended from the sills of an outer screen and an inner screen. The vertical pieces are fitted into thin line-like outer screen slide groove and inner screen slide groove formed in the upper surface of the sill, the upper surface of the sill positioned between the outer screen slide groove and the inner screen slide groove is formed of a metallic upper surface member, and the upper surface member is fitted to a sill base member through a heat insulation member.
