A roof has horizontal side gutters that drain to a vertical pipe. The vertical pipe is secured by a pipe sleeve lining (1) with side-flanges (2) in line with the pipe rim. One side-flange (2) translates to an upright end-flange (3) incorporating an elongated U-shaped slit. The top part of the end-flange has a threaded bolt (17) and locking nut (18). The sleeve lining (1) is clamped to the surrounding down-pipe by screws.
