AN INK CARTRIDGE FILLING MACHINE OF INK-JET RECORDING DEVICE

An ink cartridge filling machine of ink-jet recording device comprises an ink conduit and its controlling gas-circuit and electrocircuit, at the upstream end of which ink conduit is connected with an ink supply, whereas at the downstream end is connected with an ink cartridge. There is a branch circuit provided between the upstream end and the downstream end. A measuring container, inside which is provided with an ink level sensor connecting with the controlling electrocircuit, is connected to the branch circuit. Brake-like conduit switches are arranged on the ink conduit, and a flexible tube is located in the segments of the conduit switches. Using the measuring container with ink level sensor, a certain mount of ink withdrawing from the ink supply and feeding into the ink cartridge can be accurately controlled by the sensor, thus improving the print quality of the ink cartridge. Instead of electromagnetic valves that are connected in series in the conduit, the brake-like conduit switches and flexible tube are used to disengage the corrosive ink from the on-off switches, thereby preventing ink from corroding the on-off switches, improving the service life of the related components.
