摘要

PURPOSE: A paper-making needle felt comprised of polyamide fiber having hydrophilicity is characterized by preventing contaminant(particular hydrophobic material) from adhering, not lowering compression recoverability, maintaining anti-fouling capability for a long time and having excellent water drainage, wet paper smoothness and wet paper web transport capability. CONSTITUTION: A paper-making felt contains 0.1-5wt.% of N-methylol acryl amide and 0.5-5wt.% of hydrophilic polyester resin and 0.5-10wt.% of hydrophilic urethane resin polymerized out of blocked hydrophilic urethane prepolymer. The blocked hydrophilic urethane prepolymer contains 35-95% of ethylene oxide based on molecular weight of the blocked hydrophilic urethane prepolymer.
