<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording method which is not fluctuated in the time required for fixing regardless of increase in the number of use times of a lamp and does not take time for printing with the lapse of time, due to the high intensity stability of the lamp and always constant recording time. <P>SOLUTION: In the recording method for recording an image using a recording material which is provided, on a support, with a diazo recording layer containing a diazonium salt compound and a coupler to develop color by being reacted with the diazonium salt compound, the diazonium salt compound has a maximum absorption wavelength of 445±50 nm or 365±30 nm, and the diazonium salt compound is photolyzed by an optical diode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
