<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slightly opaque type rewritable card which does not form a window part by using opaque ink and has a quite new design property. <P>SOLUTION: The rewritable card is provided by laminating an aluminum deposit layer 2, a rewriting layer 3 and a protective layer 4 in this order on a surface of a substrate 1 comprising PET (polyethylene terephthalate) or the like, and a magnetic layer 7 and a self cleaning layer 8 are provided in this order on a rear surface of the substrate 1. The self cleaning layer 8 is provided for concealing a color of the magnetic layer 7 and besides for removing scumming of a card rewriter. Further, precautions and the like when the card is used, are printed 9 on an bottom surface of the self cleaning layer 8.
