PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio LAN system which authenticates one or a plurality of clients connected to radio terminals for making radio LAN communications and makes encrypted communications between the radio terminals connected to the authenticated one or plurality of clients and a radio base station. SOLUTION: An authentication server 1 comprises a means for authenticating clients 4 and transmits encryption key information for encryption communications between the authentication server 1 and the authenticated clients 4. A radio terminal 3 extracts the encryption key information transmitted to each client 4, and sets an encryption key between the radio terminal 3 and a radio base station 2 to make the encryption communication based on the encryption key information.
