PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel structure for advantageously and stably ensuring caulking force of a fixing fitting and a base bracket in a second fitting, in a fluid sealed type vibration control device, in which one opening part of a tubular second fitting is elastically connected to a first fitting through a body rubber elastic body to be fluid-tightly closed and the fixing fitting constituting a cover member is press-fit in the other opening part of the second fitting to close the second fitting so that a fluid chamber is formed between opposed faces of the body rubber elastic body and the cover member, a collar part of the tubular base bracket and the fixing fitting overlapped with each other is caulked and assembled to the second fitting. SOLUTION: When an annular fit-in part 66 of the fixing fitting 58 and the collar part 94 are directly caulked together between a stepped part 24 and a caulking tube part 26 of the second fitting 14, the annular fit-in part 66 is projected on a base bracket 92 side, and a chamfer 100 of a predetermined size is formed at an outer peripheral corner part of the collar part 94.
