PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image with high image quality at a high speed even in an oilless fixing system. SOLUTION: A toner comprises a polyester-unit-containing binder resin, a colorant, a release agent and inorganic fine particles and having a weight average particle diameter of 3.0-6.5μm, wherein an average circularity of particles having an equivalent circular diameter of≥2μm is 0.920-0.945 and a BET specific surface area is 2.1-3.5 m<SP>2</SP>/g.
