PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner composition to obtain excellent offset resistant static image developing toner, which is excellent at low temperatures even if it does not contain Bisphenol A which often causes environmental problems. SOLUTION: This toner composition for static charge image development contains binder resin (A), polyester resin, preferably ester compound (B) which contains 1 to 4 cyclohexane rings in a molecule and is 300 to 600 in molecular weight, and coloring agents.
