PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-grade fastener body strongly fittable to a non-smooth surface and a slightly non-smooth surface, to be more strongly fitted to a smooth/plane surface and to be easily removable or permanently repeatedly usable. SOLUTION: A non-adhesive elastomer 2 is laminated on a back surface of a dry adhesive elastomer sheet 1, and a hard presser tool 3 for pushing and releasing at least a peripheral part of the back surface is fixed to a nearly central part of the elastomer so that a fixing part and a pushing part of the hard presser tool 3 can be relatively moved each other in the front and back direction.
