PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately draw out a moving distance even when a moving condition of a vehicle or the mounted vehicle itself is changed. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a speed calculating means for calculating a moving speed of a moving body generating a pulse signal in accompaniment to motion thereof, a distance calculating means for calculating in every prescribed timing a unit moving distance of a moving distance per one pulse calculated by the dividing the calculated moving speed by the number of pulse signals per unit time used when calculating the moving speed, a storage means for storing the calculated unit moving distances while separated individually into plurality in response to the moving conditions when calculated, a selection means for selecting the unit moving distance corresponding to the moving condition in the motion out of the plurality of stored unit moving distances when moved, and a drawing-out means for drawing out the moving distance of the moving body, based on the selected unit moving distance and the pulse signal.
