<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat a huge amount of food waste in the business systems which is discharged from supermarkets, convenience stores, lunch manufacturing industry or the like in a processing method other than composting to increase resources protection effect. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, the food waste discharged from the supermarkets and convenience stores is fermented to be regenerated as the raw material of tray containers. Rice hulls or the like are separately collected, and both the material from food waste and the rice hulls or the like are powdered, a binder and a shellac are added to the powdered material, they are stirred and mixed, and is heated and pressed by a pressing machine to manufacture the tray containers.
