PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire data having excellent reproducibility and quantitativeness by shortening the time for detecting chemiluminescence photoelectrically. SOLUTION: A labeled receptor or a labeled ligand labeled by a labeling material is bonded specifically to a ligand or a receptor of a biochemical analysis unit having an adsorptive region where the ligand or the receptor is bonded, and the labeled receptor or the labeled ligand is bonded specifically to an enzyme-labeled antibody. The biochemical analysis unit 2 is mounted on a mounting stand 3, and chemiluminescent substrate solution 13 is brought into contact with the biochemical analysis unit 2. An ultrasonic wave is applied to the adsorptive region 4 of the biochemical analysis unit 2 by an ultrasonic wave application means 5. After application, the chemiluminescence emitted from each adsorptive region 4 is detected by an optical fiber 7, and data are acquired by converting the chemiluminescence photoelectrically by a photoelectric conversion means 10.
