PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice thermal storage unit not needing an exclusive outdoor machine unit and having high versatility. SOLUTION: This ice thermal storage unit comprises a thermal storage medium circulating system 31 for storing and circulating the water as a thermal storage medium, and a thermal storage refrigerant circulating system 40 generating the cold heat by circulating the thermal storage refrigerant, and further comprises a water/refrigerant heat exchanger 50 storing the cold heat generated by the thermal storage refrigerant circulating system 40 in the water, and over-cooling the air conditioning refrigerant by the cold heat kept in the water or the thermal storage refrigerant.
