PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque distribution device capable of suppressing vibrations and shaky conditions with stable support, lessening bearing members, facilitating assembling and component management in a simple structure, and realizing reduction in size. SOLUTION: The torque distribution device 3 comprises a shaft 66 transmitting an input torque, an output shaft 5 distributing and outputting the torque inputted from the shaft 66 via a center differential gear 67 and a housing 69. Bosses 83 and 85 rotatably supporting a center transfer case 2 are arranged on both sides of the housing 69, and the center differential gear 67 is supported between the bosses 83 and 85 at a housing 69 side.
