PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a hair cosmetic having good biodegradability and capable of imparting good touch also to damaged hair. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic is obtained by combining a monoester type cationic surfactant having an unsaturated bond having a structural isomer in an acyl group with a diester type cationic surfactant and a triester type cationic surfactant in a specific ratio.
