PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight and allow efficient operation by increasing the strength of tread boards for a passenger conveyor. SOLUTION: In this passenger conveyor in which a plurality of tread boards are rotated, the tread boards are provided with tread board plates of rectangular corrugated shapes in cross section and demarcations.
